When can I expect my order to arrive? 

Because we have access to multiple suppliers, it can take 4 to 6 weeks for your order to arrive.

What is the return policy?

You have up to 30 days after receiving the product to return if unsatisfied.  If you haven't received the product AFTER 60 days, reach out to us via e-mail (TheRunwayII@yahoo.com), Twitter (https://twitter.com/TheRunwayII), Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/TheRunwayII) or Pinterest (https://www.pinterest.com/therunwayii/). 

Shipping costs for returns will be paid for by the customer.

Is there a physical store/location?

Not at this time but its something we're working towards.
